Discussion lists
There are several forums and email discussion lists about qualitative research. Searching the archives can be useful.

Qual-software is an email discussion list run by the CAQDAS Networking Project enabling software users, methodologists and software developers to discuss any aspect of qualitative analysis using software

QUALRS-L(Qualitative Research for the Human Sciences) is an email discussion list hosted by the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia USA. List members discuss a whole range of issues concerning qualitative research - with or without the use of software.

Qual-research is an email discussion list hosted by Jiscmail, the UK National Academic Mailing List Service. List members discuss a whole range of issues concerning qualitative research - with or without the use of software.

Video Intervention/Prevention Assessment (VIA)
Based in the Center on Media and Child Health at Children's Hospital Boston, VIA is a programme of research projects in which children and adolescents teach clinicians about the realities of their illness experiences and needs.

Individual software developer websites
Most software sites provide product descriptions, demonstration versions, and their own user discussion forums. Searching the archives of discussion lists and forums can be great ways to find answers to common problems and explore the experiences of other users.
